Sa Torre d'es Xebel.lins organic farm is a very old (over 1,000), who in the Muslim era when the valley of Ibiza and now called Pla de Vila Benisomoda abestecía and vegetables and fresh fruits to the city Ibiza (before Yabisa Madina).

Today the farm is fully preserved as a historic old form of traditional Ibizan architecture: two-story house, corrals, ancient orange grove, mill hexagonal shaped tower (unique on the island), pond (safareig), well ... Everything is declared BIC (Well of Cultural Interest) as part of the historical and artistic heritage of Ibiza, an oasis of life, an ecosystem in itself.
Sa Torre d'es Xebel.lins has the seal of the EEC organic producer (European Community) through the controls of the Balearic Government. It is a completely natural farm, full of trees and plants as well as many animals: chickens, geese, peacocks, ... coexist with native birds and migratory birds, creating a harmonious and magical castle overlooking Ibiza (D 'Alt Vila) from the whole farm.
Every day, except Sundays, we open our "booth" (store), where I hope all fruits, vegetables and fresh seasonal vegetables, carefully cultivated by following the lunar calendar, and also homemade fig jam, sour oranges, olives, nuts ... and you need a selection of fresh aromatic herbs: mint, thyme, cilantro,.... Anyway, all you need.
